“Just Another Manic Monday . . .”

HOLY SMOKES…

and it is ONLY Monday night… NOT a good sign, NOT a good sign at all!!

Saturday night was a SPECIAL NIGHT…Brian’s 50th Birthday!! Brian is my daughter Brittney’s dad and Kate’s godfather. EVERYONE was there, we all had SO much FUN and Brian was SO SURPRISED!! Actually, he was SHOCKED by the SURPRISE, it was PRICELESS!! Brian’s wife Cari and Brittney planned the party, THANK YOU two for all of the FUN!!

Sunday, Sunday was football and my beloved San Francisco 49’ers lost. NOT a happy camper, but happy that after many years they are back to playing some GOOD football!!

Today Kate and I went paint shopping for her bedroom…

   

The darker, “True Romance,” is for her walls and the lighter, “Velvet Crest,” is for her ceiling. Kate LOVES PURPLE!! Can you tell? So, that means I will be spending the week prepping her room to paint this weekend… OH JOY!! LOL Actually, I really like painting, so it won’t be so bad! Then on to the sewing with all of the PURPLE fabrics that we have collected, FUN!!

 

So, that was my weekend in a nutshell!!
