The Garden!
Farmer John had been hard at work…
So far John has got CORN (my favorite), several kinds of peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, peas and green beans!! I can hardly wait for the bounty!!
The Weather!!

Summer has FINALLY arrived!! Supposed to be 75 today, 80’s over the weekend and in the low 90’s by Monday!! After the chilly Spring here I have promised NOT to complain about the heat, so we shall see if I can keep my promise!!
My First Afghan!
I knitted my very FIRST afghan…
For some reason knitting an afghan always scared me, but I finally bit the bullet and did one!! It was a baby shower gift for my friend Julie. She is doing greens and grays in Brenden’s room, I hope he likes it!!
Corn on the Cob!
My FAVORITE time of the YEAR…
Corn on the Cob is an obsession for me!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Corn on the Cob!! John got some at the store and grilled it up on the barbeque!! HEAVEN!!

John brought home some Gerber Daisies for me!! MY FAVORITE!! Aren’t they BEAUTIFUL?
